Membership in the Central Texas Optometric Society (CTOS) is open to all optometrists, optometry students and optometry residents who have an interest in practicing in and around Austin, Texas.  The CTOS is a subsection of the Texas Optometric Association (TOA).  Prospective members of the CTOS should be members in good standing of the TOA. The CTOS is proud to provide to local optometrists a variety of continuing education (CE) courses, dinner at popular area restaurants, and the opportunity to socialize with colleagues.  Members have full access to the monthly newsletters and are welcome to post any advertisements or announcements for free.  Members are also eligible to attend social functions such as the annual CTOS Christmas party and occasional Networking Socials at some of Austin’s finest venues.  Although all optometrists are invited and encouraged to attend CTOS meetings, only CTOS members will have their CE hours complimentarily submitted to the Texas Optometry Board for credit.
